in the last weekA fantastic hotel in a superb location within the city. Everything, from the welcome and check in to the departure. was flawless. Room was of the highest standard, clean and exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing as was the food here in general, lovely ambience around the whole hotel. Excellent staff make this hotel tick beautifully, everyone we encountered was very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. A special word of thanks to Nora for her attentiveness during our stay.

in the last weekExceptional stay at Park Hyatt Cambodia! The service was wonderful everyone was so friendly and kind. We were greeted with a choice of welcome drinks, and the best surprise was the complimentary 15-minute shoulder massage! 💆♀️🏻 We also enjoyed a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride and upgraded it to an hour for just $4. It was so worth it! Dinner at the restaurant was delicious; I had the preset menu and really enjoyed it. The pool was lovely, and our room was a great size. Oh forgot to mention i like the Le Labo 22 amenities! Such a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

in the last weekThis place is so special. It also is in a prime location with it being so close to Pub Street and the temples around the city! The property easily speaks for itself, but the people really are what make it such a great experience. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, the staff made it their mission to make us feel at home. I have a few specific staff members to shout out. Boramey assisted us during the check-in process and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. I don’t think our stay would have been as great without her. My husband and I also had the opportunity to each get 90-minute massages. Our therapists were Sen and Kimmech. They were out of this world. For once, we felt like our therapists actually targeted the trouble areas that we shared with them. Let me also tell you, those ladies were so strong. We are so grateful for our time at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. We’re already looking forward to the next time we can return.

a week agoDuring our five-day stay in Cambodia, we stayed at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap and felt incredibly comfortable. We're just two ordinary women with no extensive five-star experience – and we were sometimes truly amazed by how attentive and warmly we were treated. Our room felt almost as big as my apartment, and we were delighted by the lovely welcome gift in the room. The service was so attentive that we were sometimes overwhelmed. Even at the pool, we were treated to thoughtful little touches, and one staff member even knew our names! For people who stay in such hotels more often, this might be expected. For us, it was something truly special. Breakfast was also wonderful – a huge compliment to the kitchen team! Everything was spotless, room service even came twice a day, and there was always plenty of drinking water. Looking back, we don't know why we even bothered buying our own at first. We really can't think of anything we missed or that bothered us. Many thanks to the whole team who made our stay so special!
