Let's start with the good points: they have a free airport pickup service, the pool is nice, and the included breakfast is delicious and varied. The problem is the location; it's literally in the middle of nowhere, and you have to take a tuk-tuk to get to the center since you can't walk on that dark road with no sidewalks. They have a free tuk-tuk service until 7 pm; after that, they charge $2. It's better to take a tuk-tuk grab. The photos on their website are very well done to make it look like paradise, but it's just an average hotel. Some of the staff don't speak much English, which leads to misunderstandings. In short, it's a normal hotel in the middle of nowhere. If you want to relax, it's fine, but if you're young and interested in going out for dinner and drinks, it's terrible. Also, excursions are cheaper at tourist offices than at the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 days while visiting Siem Reap to see Ankor Wat. The hotel is a little off the main road but well worth it given the price point and amenties - private pool, breakfast and quiet location. Very happy with our stay and we'd stay again in the future.

Great value accommodation in a very good location. Close enough to town but just outside to keep it quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free cooked breakfast and access to the pool at their other resort. Would visit again.
